Reminder. In the Bidding phase:
-- The time limit is 100 seconds initially, +100 or +20 seconds after each bidding (20 when opponent has no chips), but the accumulated seconds are at most 200.
-- First you decide which one of the four targets, then you add chips to bid for it, and after you deposited more than opponent, then you can modify the outcome.
